NAFS-2011 Review Process Continues, 5th Ballot of Draft #12 out for Review
August 30, 2011The Joint Document Management Group (JDMG) continues the process of reviewing AAMA/WDMA/CSA 101/I.S.2/A440-08 NAFS-North American Standard/Specification for windows, doors, and skylights for the next edition to be published in 2011.

Available agendas and minutes for all gatherings of the JDMG dating back to January 2007 are also available for viewing.
The editorial review by CSA was completed on July 15. The 5th ballot of NAFS-2011 (Draft #12) was sent to the AAMA membership the afternoon of Friday, July 15. Only those sections containing substantive changes will be balloted and therefore open for comment. Please take the time to vote to ensure your comments are received.
The JDMG has tentatively scheduled a conference call for late August. The purpose of this call will be to review the comments received from the 5th ballot by all three associations.
JDMG conference calls and meetings are open to anyone. The only requirement is that you provide prior notice to your association technical advisor so proper arrangements can be made.
