Website Quick Tip: How to Update Company Records in Members Only

Each month, the AAMA e-News will feature Website Quick Tips that show web users how to navigate portions of the AAMA website, including Members Only. This month's Quick Tip features details on how to update company records in the Members Only portion of the AAMA website.

Once logged into Members Only, navigate to the “Tools & Events” dropdown menu and select “Member Record Maintenance.”


The following options are available:

Change Login

This feature allows users to enter a new username and password.

Reset Automatic Login
If you select, “Remember my login on this computer,” every time you visit the Members Only portion of the AAMA website, you will no longer have to enter your username and password. If you would like to remove this feature, click on “Reset Automatic Login.”

Business Information
As the main contact for your company, you have access to update your company specific information including company addresses (mailing and physical), phone and company website. Secondary contacts will not see this option.

Individuals
As a secondary contact for your company, you can edit your own contact information including name, title, individual address, phone and email. As a main contact, you can edit or delete any individuals associated with your company, as well as edit your own contact information. If you wish to change who the main contact is for your company, this change request must be submitted to Jacqueline Luna, AAMA’s Membership Coordinator. After submitting your changes to your record, AAMA staff will review the information and accept the change. This may take up to 3-5 business days.

Manage Email Lists
This feature allows you to add or remove yourself from various AAMA communication lists (e.g., public comment announcements, AAMA e-News, press releases, AAMA meeting and conference announcements, publication announcements and other lists).

My Referrals
My referrals provides your company’s statistics such as the number of clicks of your email and website address, the number of times your company is displayed in keyword search results, as well as the number times your company has been added to a MyList.
