AAMA Improves Ballot Communication Process
October 31, 2011AAMA is pleased to announce a technical change with its system of balloting. Previously, ballots were distributed through AAMA staff email addresses. Moving forward, all AAMA ballots will be distributed through a new email address: AAMAballots@aamanet.org.
In addition to streamlining the process, this change will allow members to create rules in their email account to filter to a specific folder. The voting representative for your company will continue to receive an email with the ballot information, a link to the draft being balloted and a link to the ballot itself.
