Conference Materials Format & SugarSync
Beginning with the Fall conference, AAMA will be utilizing the free SugarSync sharing system to share/sync conference files with attendees prior to the event. This service will be used in lieu of the USBs that are typically distributed to attendees upon check-in at the registration desk. Utilizing the SugarSync sharing system will enable AAMA staff to provide up-to-date information to attendees and the details can be downloaded to a variety of devices for future use.

Additionally, the printed conference packets will no longer be provided. Reducing the amount of printed materials used at AAMA events is a part of efforts to become more environmentally friendly in our practices as an association.

Note that the electronic conference packet file and agendas will continue to be accessible here. A small supply of USBs that contain the individual agenda files, electronic conference packet file, procedures, member lists and previous conference minutes (members only) will be available at the Fall Conference as well.
