EVENT HIGHLIGHTS
Sunday, June 5
Join us for our traditional AAMA Golf Tournament which tees off at 12:00 noon at the Theodore Wirth Golf Course – approximately 15 minutes from the Hyatt. After a relaxing afternoon, you are invited to our Welcome Reception at 6:00
Monday, June 6
During the Opening General Session (7:30 a.m.), important conference topics will be introduced as well as new developments within the association and the industry. Attend this session to gather valuable information about meeting sessions to be sure to include in your conference participation plans. Updates will be provided on the following marketing programs: FenestrationMasters™ training program, 2010/2011 industry market study data and the Certification Promotional Campaign.

US DOE Roadmap Presentation 4:30 p.m.
“Windows for Today and Tomorrow” Presented by Marc LaFrance, DOE Technology Development Manager will highlight the key research and development areas that the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is working on to achieve high performance energy efficient windows.
Wednesday, June 8
Each AAMA national conference includes a comprehensive schedule of meetings covering a wide range of topics. For members who are unable to attend every meeting session of interest to you, the Closing General Session (2:15 p.m.) is one meeting you can’t afford to miss.

Members: Register online and receive a $50 discount. Online registration is now closed. Please contact Florica Vlad to register.
Non-Members: Paper registration is required. A printable form is available by clicking here. Members: A $50 processing fee applies to paper registrations.
Payment: A credit card or check must be provided at the time your registration is submitted.

CONFERENCE INFORMATION, SCHEDULE AND FORMS
Attendees will receive a flash drive and a small conference packet at no additional cost upon checking in onsite. The flash drive will contain individual agenda files, procedures, member lists and previous conference minutes. The files will also be emailed to attendees prior to the event. The entire agenda book will also be available here when it is completed.

TRANSPORTATION AND HOTEL PARKING
The Hyatt is located 20 minutes from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport.
Taxi: Approximately $40/one way
Super Shuttle Service: $16.00 one way, $32.00 round trip (cash or pre-pay credit card)
- From airport to hotel: Runs every 15 minutes between 4:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. After 11:00 p.m. and before 4:30 a.m., please call Super Shuttle to arrange pick up. Follow the signs for Hotel Shuttles and Scheduled Vans to the Ground Transportation Atrium. The Super Shuttle guest service desk is located near the center of the shuttle area. Service is available 24 hours.
- From hotel to airport: Reservations must be made at least one and a half to two hours in advance. Reservations can be made by calling Super Shuttle at (800) 258-3826 or sending a fax to (612) 827-6777.
At the bus stop directly across the street from Hyatt, take any north-bound bus on Nicollet Mall for $1.75 (or $2.25 depending on rush hour times). Be sure to ask the driver for a transfer to the Light Rail as you pay your fare. Depart the bus at 5th street and take the Light Rail to the airport. Keep your transfer handy in case you are asked to present it.
Greyhound Bus Station: About 7 blocks, approx $5.00 by Taxi.
Amtrak Station: In St. Paul, about 8 miles, approx $19.00 by Taxi.
Local bus system: Major bus lines going to or connecting to all parts of Minneapolis and St. Paul stop in front of the hotel. Buses can be taken from in front of the hotel, all the way down the Nicollet Mall for a special fare of only $0.50 (called the “downtown zone”).
