REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Members: Online registration is now closed. To sign-up for the conference, please click here to download a copy of the paper registration form and fax it to (847) 303-5774. Or, you can submit your registration onsite.
Non-Members: Paper registration is required. A printable form is available by clicking here. Members: A $50 processing fee applies to paper registrations.
Payment Note: A credit card or check must be provided at the time your registration is submitted. Members: The "invoice me" option is no longer available.

The Supplier Product Display and Reception will be held on Monday, October 11 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Set up will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. This very popular event is always well attended and extremely successful.
Supplier members are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to display new products and services in a most congenial and informal atmosphere. Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres add a festive air to this event. Space is limited. Make sure you sign up early.
Some display specifications:
- All personnel exhibiting must register and pay the meeting registration fee.
- Height of the display cannot exceed 48 inches.
- All materials must be displayed on top of table. (Tables are 6’x3’)
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The cut-off date for hotel reservations was September 9, 2010. Rooms will now be confirmed on a space-available basis and the special reduced group rate of $199 (plus tax) may not be available. Please note: The $199 rate includes the $16.00 resort fee. Additional fees apply for Internet access in sleeping rooms. Wired access is $12/day and wireless is $9.99/day.

Transportation from Albuquerque Airport to Hyatt Tamaya
Southwest Hospitotally is offering AAMA the most convenient, cost-effective and frequent transfers to and from Hyatt Tamaya for a special rate of $45/person/one way and $90/round trip (includes gratuity and taxes). Look for your Southwest Hospitotally representative at the base of the escalators in Baggage Claim holding an AAMA sign. Your transportation is designated exclusively for the conference and will make no intermediate stops.

CONFERENCE MATERIAL FORMAT AT AAMA EVENTS (NEW)
Attendees will now receive a flash drive and a small conference packet at no additional cost upon checking in onsite. The flash drive will contain individual agenda files, procedures, member lists and previous conference minutes. The files will also be emailed to attendees prior to the event. The entire agenda book file will also be accessible via the Fall conference page on the AAMA Web site. Agenda files both on the AAMA Web site, as well as the flash drives will be sorted by council and then alphabetically to most easily locate particular agendas.
This will allow attendees the opportunity to review meeting agendas and other meeting materials in advance, rather than waiting until arrival at the conference. Reducing the amount of printed materials used at AAMA events is a part of efforts to become more environmentally friendly in our practices as an association. In providing a flash drive and small conference packet in lieu of a full printed agenda book, the amount of paper used will be decreased, and the electronic files on the flash drive can also be kept for future use.
