Are more than two employees planning to attend from your company? If so, your company can save on its AAMA registration fees. For every two full-priced (early bird or regular rate) paid attendee registration, a $100 rebate will be issued on the 3rd full price paid registration for attendees from the same company.
Rules & Eligibility
- Program applies only to AAMA member attendee registrations, not spouses/guests or non-members.
- Cancellations are not included in arriving at the number of qualified registrants
- Rebate will be issued to the applicable company representative(s) after the conference.

Rooms will now be confirmed on a space-available basis and the group rate of $139 (plus tax) may not be available. Note: The $139 rate includes complimentary wireless internet in the sleeping rooms.

CONFERENCE MATERIAL FORMAT AT AAMA EVENTS (NEW)
Attendees will now receive a flash drive and a small conference packet at no additional cost upon checking in onsite. The flash drive will contain individual agenda files, procedures, member lists and previous conference minutes. The files will also be emailed to attendees prior to the event. The entire agenda book file will also be accessible via the Summer conference page on the AAMA Web site. Agenda files both on the AAMA Web site, as well as the flash drives will be sorted by council and then alphabetically to most easily locate particular agendas.
This will allow attendees the opportunity to review meeting agendas and other meeting materials in advance, rather than waiting until arrival at the conference. Reducing the amount of printed materials used at AAMA events is a part of efforts to become more environmentally friendly in our practices as an association. In providing a flash drive and small conference packet in lieu of a full printed agenda book, the amount of paper used will be decreased, and the electronic files on the flash drive can also be kept for future use.
